Three unexpected things I learnt in the last 24 hours:
- Tubal ligation can hurt. I have a new sympathy for female cats.
- Sometimes a heat pack works as pain relief when morphine fails.
- H has chicken pox.
I haven't had chicken pox, in the next fortnight we'll find out if that is because I'm immune.

So sorry you're in pain. So sorry H has the chicken pox. I sure hope you're immune. I had the titer done because I didn't think I'd had them and sure enough, I hadn't had them. After much thought and deliberation (seriously 5 years worth) I decided to go ahead and get vaccinated.
